We’re a premium & award-winning mobile booking service that provides in-home spa luxury services at the convenience of the client’s home, hotel, office, and events between 9 am-9 pm Mon-Friday, Saturday 9 am-8pm, and on Sunday 10am-6pm. We offer a variety of services including massages, gel manicures, regular manicures, full sets, and pedicures. We serve in the Atlanta and Minneapolis Metropolitan area.
How does Labella Mobile Nail Spa work? You can book our spa services through our website www.labellaluxespa.com On our website, you are able to select your preferred services, date, time, location, and service provider. Afterward, please add your payment details and complete your deposit payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment information. Please call to inquire about groups or events! A highly experienced and professionally vetted beauty and wellness provider will come to you.
How does Labella vet our beauty and wellness service providers? Our service providers are fully qualified, licensed, and insured. We only work with the best in the industry after completing full background checks and demonstrations of the services they provide.
Do your providers have insurance? Yes, we ensure that all the providers we work with are fully insured.
What if no provider is available? We will do our very best to get you booked for your services. You can select another preferred professional to suit your desired time slot.
How do I pay? You can pay by credit or with a debit card on our website when you are booking. You have the opportunity to add gratuity at this time as well. All payments are securely made through Vagaro.
Can I request a provider that I love for future appointments? We provide you with the opportunity of booking with your favorite service provider. Please keep in mind the time slot options on any given day will be based on their availability.

How can I tip the provider? You can add a tip on the website while booking to pay via debit or credit card. You may also pay the tip in cash after the service is complete.
What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations before 12 hours of the appointment will not be charged. Cancellations between 1-12 hours before your appointment will be charged 50%. Within 1 hour cancellations will be charged in full.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment? Rescheduling before 4 hours of the appointment will not be charged. Cancellations between 1-4 hour of the appointment will be charged 25%. Within an hour of the appointment will be charged 50%.
What happens if I am running late? In the case that the provider needs to wait for you, the appointment may need to be shortened and/ or completed at the original end-time to accommodate the provider’s scheduled appointments.
What about parking? Our providers will do their best to find a free parking spot. However, if there is no free parking option, the client is responsible for reimbursing the professional directly.
Prepping For Your Appointment
How do I prepare for my spa service? Your provider will arrive at your place a few minutes before your appointment time to set up. They will bring all supplies and tools to perform your luxury spa service. However, they will need access to a power socket and running water. Please let the professional know of any health conditions and/or allergies that you may have.
How do I prepare for my Nail appointment? Please have your nails free of any gel, shellac, or any other nail treatments. This is not applicable if you are doing the add-on gel removal service. Please have a comfortable seating area for yourself with extra space for the nail technician to set up.
How do I prepare for my massage appointment? We provide sheets and pillowcases for your massage. You also have the option of providing your own sheets and/or pillowcases. We suggest taking a quick shower prior to the therapist arriving so your muscles are eased and ready for your massage.
